I found out yesterday that one of my best friends died over the weekend. I want to do some kind of ritual honoring her, but since this is a first-time experience for me, I'm not really sure what all would be appropriate/helpful to include. Any suggestions?

I remember when I was almost four, my mother carried me to the door of one of my great grandmother's bedroom. It was a little bit after breakfast.
